Overview

When it comes to Social Media, RawOnline’s aim is simple - to build highly enticing and interactive Facebook fan pages and use our understanding of Social Media and Internet Marketing to draw attention to your page and capture your target audience. Operating your own Facebook page may seem basic enough, but achieving the best result possible and doing it right takes skill.
Executing a successful Internet Marketing campaign is a complex task and one that does require a full-time professional to be able to keep up with all the changes happening in the industry. There are continually more sites to be on, more products being launched and expanding strategies and techniques to most effectively capture your audiences attention.
Once we have established a solid fan-base for you on (primarily) Facebook, we will continue to update the page for you on a regular basis, ensuring that everything is working and that your fans are staying continually engaged with your business.

What is Social Media?
Social media includes web-based and mobile technologies used to turn communication into interactive dialogue. Should you purchase the development prior to commencing, we will transfer ownership of these pages to you upon your cancellation and request to transfer. Should you not have purchased the development and wish to own the page after cancelling your package - you will have to buy the page from RawOnline which will be charged at development costs plus interest charged at 15% p.a.

What We Do
What We Do
At RawOnline, we understand that many business owners are not overly savvy when it comes to Internet Marketing or the strategies and requirements of running a successful campaign. Therefore, we’ve tried to make this as simple and easy to understand as possible.
1. Develop Core Objective
An Internet Marketing plan will usually have a single core objective that you wish to achieve. This can be something broad such as 'Increase General Awareness of our Brand to New Customers' or 'Continually Engage Existing Customers', or it could be something specific like 'Have 1,000 People View Our Product Demonstration Video'.
This is the primary goal that we will work towards achieving every 12 months.
2. Plan Secondary Objectives
As well as the primary objective, we will plan secondary objects that you would also like to achieve as a flow-on effect from having a presence on Social Media. There will be 3-5 secondary goals which may include things such as;
- Increase Website Traffic via Social Media (linking to your website in status updates)
- Increase Offline Traffic via Social Media (perhaps running a promotion)
- Achieving an Email Marketing List of 500 Subscribers (existing clients - ongoing contactt)
- Gain Customer Feedback on a specific Product or Service
- Use Facebook to promote a business Event, Product Launch, Demo etc...
3. Create Custom Facebook Page
Your Facebook page is the core of your social media marketing, many these days argue that it is even more important than your Website as it will often get more traffic - whether or not this is true is debatable, however, both serve different purposes.
Your Facebook page must include: Corporate Identity & Branding, Email Newsletter Opt-In, New Customer Appeal, Existing Customer Appeal, Unique Selling Proposition / Reason to Follow, Appropriate Customer Interaction, Seasonal Promotions & Campaigns.
4. Create Other Social Media Pages
RawOnline are also able to create professionally branded social media pages for your business on other social mediums including; Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn, YouTube and others that may be specifically relevant.
Many businesses neglect these pages due to Facebook's dominance, however, they all have their place in the market and their own marketshare and should be respected adequately for that.
5. Execute Marketing Plan
Successfully executing a marketing plan is where a lot of businesses come unstuck. As Social Media professionals, we spend ALL DAY on social media and will continually update and monitor your brand on Social Media to ensure that everything is flowing smoothly. Things we take notice of include:
- Facebook Status Updates - 2 to 5 times per week - At planned/specific times.
- Facebook Page Design Updates - Once every 2-3 months - Keep users interested.
- Twitter Updates - 5 to 10 times per week - At planned/specific times.
- Other Social Media Updates - 1 to 5 times per week - Still important, even if unseen.
- Marketing Campaigns - 1 to 2 promotions per year - Engage customers heavily in your busy season.
